All orders are qualify for free shipping, and our compact packaging ensures that your cozicush Bunk Beds arrive quickly and conveniently, allowing you to focus on what matters most.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, our team carefully selects and packages your items. Please allow 2-5 business days* for this process. Orders are shipped when all items in your order are ready to go.
Expect your delivery within 2-8 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
*During holidays and promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volume.
*Although Fedex quote us 2-8 business days for Standard US Delivery, there may be occasional delays beyond this timeframe. If your order isn't delivered within 15 business days, please reach out to our dedicated customer support team at support@cozicush.com so we can investigate with FedEx.

Pre-Order
Items temporarily out of stock will be available for pre-order and are expected to be back in stock within 2-3 weeks.
*Please note: We ship orders complete, meaning if your order includes a pre-ordered item, we'll wait until that item is available before shipping everything together. You’ll receive tracking updates as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery Details
- All items ship via FedEx Standard Ground Delivery.
- Our furniture collections are available in various sizes and styles. We recommend measuring your space to ensure a proper fit.
Crafted from solid wood, our furniture pieces may be heavy. We suggest having two adults available to assist with moving the boxes into your home. Upon unpacking, please inspect each component for any potential damage that may have occurred during transit.
Our furniture arrives unassembled in individual boxes. Inside each box, you’ll find detailed instructions, components, and required hardware.
While a hex wrench is included, you may also use a screwdriver or power drill during assembly. Ensure a sturdy design by tightening all bolts and screws after assembly.
