Returns Policy
- Item(s) must be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the date your order is delivered/received.
- Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, and in ‘as new’ condition, unused, unassembled, and undamaged.
- To ensure a smooth and efficient return, please contact our customer service team for a return shipment authorization and detailed delivery instructions.
Note
If the original packaging is not available, ensure the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.
Returned items must be shipped at the expense of the customer via the same carrier and service by which they were delivered.
Refunds & Credits
- Once we receive your return and verify that the items are in good condition, we will process your refund. Please note:
- A 10% restocking fee applies to refunds.
- If you choose store credit, the restocking fee will be waived as our way of saying thank you!
- Returns are typically processed within 10 days upon receiving your package.
