How much do I pay for shipping?

We're currently offer free shipping on all orders.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Your order will be processed within 2-5 business days. Once shipped, you can expect to receive it in just 2 to 8 business days.

What is your return policy?

We want you to shop with confidence! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery.

Simply ensure the product is in its original packaging, unused, unassembled, and in perfect condition. Please note that a 10% restocking fee apply.

Can I change my shipping address?

Update Your Order Details

If your order was placed within the last 90 minutes, you can update your delivery address, email, or other personal details by contacting our customer support team at support@cozicush.com. Please provide your email address and order number when reaching out.

If more than 90 minutes have passed since placing your order, our dedicated support team will still do their best to assist you. However, due to the speed of our fulfillment process, our ability to make changes may be limited.

Important: If your order has already shipped, we’re unable to update the shipping address. We also cannot redirect or retrieve orders that have been successfully delivered to an incorrect address. Please double-check your details at checkout to avoid any issues.

Help! My order has not been delivered?

*Although Fedex quote us 2-8 business days for Standard US Delivery, there may be occasional delays beyond this timeframe. If your order isn't delivered within 15 business days, please reach out to our dedicated customer support team at support@cozicush.com so we can investigate with FedEx.

Note: The investigation timeline may vary, but we’ll work diligently with FedEx to ensure a timely resolution.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We want you to love your Cozicush items! If something’s not right, please feel free to contact our dedicated customer support team at support@cozicush.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Please note: Orders that are already being processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

What is in your stains, glues and finishes?

All our finishes and glues are tested and comply with current US standards (incl. ASTM, EN71 and CPSIA standards). Our products also comply with European EN747, EN71 and Reach XVII Safety standards. Our products comply with current regulations for contents of heavy metals (incl. lead), toxins, formaldehyde and volatile organic compounds.
